What I collect. When you book or enquire: your name, email, phone number if you give it, your business name, and your answers to the booking questions. When you visit the site: basic usage data through Google Analytics. The admin check runs in your browser, which forgets your answers when you close the tab or finish booking. Nothing you enter is sent to me unless you send me a question, which brings your figures with it, ask for your results by email, or send me your booking answers, which bring your admin check answers with them.

Why. To arrange your call, prepare for it, write your report and reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and my legitimate interest in running the business.

Who else handles it. The services that run this site and my email: Netlify (hosting and forms), Resend (email delivery), Google Workspace (email and documents), Calendly (booking), ThriveCart and Stripe (payment), and Google Analytics. I use AI tools to help me prepare, and I don't use your information to train anyone's models where I can switch that off. I never sell your data.

How long I keep it. I keep enquiries for 12 months and client records for 6 years, the usual period for accounting records.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete what I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me and I'll respond within a month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
